Defiance College considers the illegal possession, use, or distribution of alcohol or the following drugs to be a violation of their drug policy:

In addition to a pre-employment test, Defiance College reserves the right to drug test an employee at any time if substance use is suspected or if a workplace accident occurs. If a drug test is required and the result is positive, it can void any worker's compensation claims and result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
