On Entergy property (this includes in a personal vehicle that is parked on Entergy property)
While operating a vehicle or other equipment owned or leased by an Entergy system company
While operating a personal vehicle on Entergy system company business
While using property owned or leased by an Entergy system company
While working (including remotely)
While otherwise conducting company business
In addition to a pre-employment screening, Entergy reserves the right to drug test an employee at any time if substance use is suspected or if a workplace accident occurs. A positive drug test result can void any worker's compensation claims and result in disciplinary action, including termination.
