Does Jet hire felons?

Yes, Jet does hire felons. However, they do so on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the felony and the duration from when it occurred.

Felonies, for example, related to violence or theft make employment at Jet difficult. Also, felonies that have occurred within the last 3 years also may make employment difficult. While Jet does not ask about your criminal record during the application process, they do run a background check. We recommend discussing your felonies with the hiring manager during the interview
