Yes, MassMutual does drug test job candidates during the pre-employment process. The company is upfront about its drug screening policy for all new and potential employees. MassMutual uses a urine test to screen candidates for drugs. This is performed at a third-party medical facility of the company's choosing.
The drug test used by the third-party medical facility is a standardized five-panel urine test. This can detect the five most commonly abused drugs and substances:
