No, Old Navy does not drug test.It is not part of the pre-employment process to be drug tested if you want to work at Old Navy. It is also not required before promotions or to work in management. Old Navy may choose to conduct a drug test if they suspect illegal drug use from an employee.

Old Navy does prohibit the use, possession, or sale of illegal substances while on the job. Because of this, they do not tolerate any drug possession or usage during work. If management suspects that you may be on drugs, they can drug test you and then periodically do so after the initial test as well.
