Does Pella drug test?
Yes, Pella drug tests all potential hires and sometimes drug screens current employees. The company has a strict drug-free workplace policy because of its safety protocols. Pella also holds the right to randomly drug screen current employees.
In addition to a drug test, the company also requires potential hires to complete a criminal background check and a credit check. Pella uses a urine test to screen candidates for drugs. This is performed at a third-party medical facility of the company's choosing.
