LabCorp uses a urine test to screen Robert Half job candidates for drugs. The drug test used by LabCorp is a standardized five-panel urine test. This can detect the five most commonly abused drugs and substances:

- Amphetamine
- PCP
Robert Half also holds the right to use other drug tests on its employees, such as hair tests.
