Does Sam's Club hire felons?

The company may hire felons for entry-level positions. However, Sam's Club may be hesitant to hire candidates convicted of certain felonies.

Some of the factors that may be considered by the company include:

• The nature and seriousness of the crime

• The frequency of the violations

• The amount of time that has elapsed since the crime was committed

• Your entire education and work history

• The nature of the job being sought

• Whether the circumstance of the crime relates to the sought position

In addition, candidates convicted of felonies will not be eligible for managerial roles.
