The Goodwill dress code requires dressing in a manner that is neat and well-groomed. This means that you need to appear neat and professional. You also should be aware of your personal cleanliness and personal odor to ensure you are meeting appropriate hygiene standards.

There are specifics for things that you can wear at Goodwill. For example, you can wear slacks, jeans, and pants. Jeans cannot be ripped or torn. Shorts cannot be shorter than 3.5 inches above the knee. You can also wear skirts, dresses, and kilts, but they cannot be shorter than 3.5 inches above the knee and you must wear appropriate undergarments.

For shoes, you need to wear closed-toe and closed-toe heels. Tops include casual shirts, blouses, polo shirts, sleeveless tops, and T-shirts. T-shirts must contain approved Goodwill branding to be allowed. If you are issued a uniform, vest, or apron, those must be worn.
