This question is about compliance manager.
The requirements for becoming compliance certified depend on the industry that you are working in. Various requirements need to be met before a compliance manager can apply for certification.
Some certifications require continued education beyond a bachelor's degree. Certified healthcare certification requires both work experience and twenty continuing education credits before applying for the certification exam. CRCM certification issued by the American Bankers Association requires six years of experience and 60 CEUs.
Other organizations do not require either work experience or continued education to be eligible for certification. To be a leadership professional in ethics and compliance, a candidate must only pass a 100 question exam.
Nearly all forms of compliance certification require a candidate to be working within the industry, have some experience, and show a continuation of their industry education.
