This question is about construction manager resumes.
You list a construction project on a resume in several ways - including by describing skills and achievements gained from the project, within the work experience section, listed under accomplishments, or in a separate personal projects section.
You can even create a construction project-oriented resume, recommended if you just have freelance experience.
Successful construction projects have several stages, including initiation conception, planning and definition, execution and launch, performance, and closure.
Each phase of the project requires its set of skills and accomplishments. For example, "Planned, coordinated, budgeted, and supervised a construction project for medium-scale building, including build-out and quality."
Another way to include construction projects in your resume is to highlight them in your work experience section. After the last bullet point in the work experience section, start a line with "Key Projects:" Then write 1 or 2 sentences per project, following the PAR formula.
Whenever possible, use action words and accomplishment statements. For example, "Key Projects: Worked with the architecture team to create a project for a new web-based design system, resulting in an 18% increase in clients."
