It is relatively hard to become a real estate broker. You need to obtain a valid real estate license, gain two to three years of practical experience, and pass the real estate brokerage exam.
To become a real estate broker you must be a legal U.S. resident, although not a legal U.S. citizen, and meet your state's minimum age requirement.
