How old do you have to be to work at Abercrombie?

You have to be at least 18 years old to work at Abercrombie. Most positions at Abercrombie & Fitch and associate stores have this requirement, including the brand representative or impact associate roles.

There are opportunities, however, for 17 years olds to work at the Abercrombie affiliate stores, Abercrombie Kids and Hollister. There are also opportunities to work as an Abercrombie model if you are not yet 18 years old. The youngest age to begin modeling for Abercrombie is 13 years old.
