How old do you have to be to work at Dutch Bros?

You have to be at least 16 years old to work at Dutch Bros. Company-wide, the minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated, and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. It also depends on the type of position at Dutch Bros.

A 16-year-old is eligible to work as a Broista, someone who serves up drinks (and smiles), or as a shift leader who encourages the crew and the customers. Other positions, such as assistant shop manager or shop manager, require candidates to be at least 18 years old with several years of prior experience, preferably in a leadership role.
