You have to be at least 16 years old to work at Ingles. There are no additional requirements to get a job at Ingles and there are many entry-level positions that do not require any experience to apply. These entry-level positions typically include things like stockers and entry-level associates.

For management positions, you do need to have additional requirements. Typically, you need to be at least 18 years old, but often you aren't hired until you have more experience and so managers are typically older than 18. Some positions, such as in the bakery, often require additional on-the-job training as well.
