You have to be at least 16 years old to work an entry-level position at Rainbow. An entry-level position is a sales associate. There are often no additional requirements for becoming a sales associate at Rainbow, but demonstrating a strong work ethic can be extremely beneficial for getting hired.

Other positions at Rainbow require you to be at least 18 years old. For example, cashiers have many of the same responsibilities as sales associates but they also handle money and checkout procedures. This position requires you to be at least 18 years old.
