How to draw on a Zoom meeting

To draw on a Zoom meeting, follow these steps:

• Join a Zoom meeting as a participant

• While in the meeting, select the Share Screen button on the bottom of your computer screen

• Determine the screen you want to share and then select the Share button

• Once you have shared your screen, you can then see a box of annotation tools at the top of the Zoom screen. Click on the Annotate button

• Then determine what type of tool you want to use from the annotation toolbar, examples include the pencil and highlighter

• After you have selected a tool, you can then use your touchpad or mouse to draw or write on the shared screen

• If you want to clear your annotations, simply select the Clear button located on the annotation toolbar
