To run a scrum meeting, be sure to have a solid plan of when and where the meeting should take place and keep the meeting short and impactful. A crucial part of scrum meetings is to implement daily scrum, which is a quick daily meeting.
Make sure everyone knows when and where the daily meeting takes place so you can begin on time. The meeting should be relatively short, think around 15 minutes. The best way to run a scrum meeting is to focus on having all team members answer these three questions:
What have you accomplished since we last met?
What do you plan on accomplishing in the next 24 hours?
What issues or problems are you currently facing?
