Is it hard to get a job at Aflac?

1. Application: Prospective employees are encouraged to apply via Aflac's career page. You will be prompted to create an online profile if you don't already have one, and then you will be able to submit your application.

Insurance agents with Aflac are required to have a Life and Health License. If you do not already have this license, you must be willing to obtain one. You will also need a minimum of two years of customer service and/or sales experience, and excellent phone and communication skills are preferred.
