  • You need to sign a mobility agreement and a memorandum of understanding. U.S. Marshals are placed in a duty location that meets the needs of the agency, and you are required to remain at this post for at least three years.

  • Must be willing to provide sworn statements and testimony in court proceedings.

  • You must complete an initial online application, questionnaire, and additional assessments. These can come in the form of examinations.
