Three ways to prioritize are the Eisenhower method, the "eat the frog" method, and the ABCDE method. Each method is a different take on arranging tasks based on their importance, urgency, and difficulty. The Eisenhower method uses a 2x2 grid based on important/not important and urgent/not urgent qualifiers.
