Health:
Two self-insured medical plan options and some fully-insured HMO plan options in certain locations.

The company provides up to $5,000 in assistance per adoption.
They offer a lifetime prescription drug benefit of $10,000 and medical plan benefit of $25,000 for fertility treatment and services in our self-insured medical plans.
Fertility assistance can include assisted reproductive technology (ART) most often involving in vitro fertilization (IVF), artificial insemination, medication prescribed to treat infertility, as well as recommended surgery.
Dependent Care (Day Care) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows an associate to set aside pre-tax dollars to cover child and elder care expenses.
Tuition Assistance:
Eligible associates may apply for tuition assistance at more than 220 schools and education providers to help with their bachelor's degree, master's degree, associate degree, certificate program certifications/designations, and individual courses.
Direct Billing or Reimbursement payment plan options of up to $5,250 per calendar year in eligible expenses including tuition, books, registration fees, lab fees, technology fees, and graduation.
