What degree do you need to be a caseworker?
You need a bachelor's degree in a behavioral science discipline to be a caseworker. Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology are the recommended choices for a major. Sometimes a bachelor's in an unrelated field is acceptable, but must be accompanied by experience in the appropriate field.
