The ServSafe certification is for professionals who work in the food industry, including:

Ultimately the certification is for anyone who can be described as a food handler or is involved in the preparation, storage, or service of food.
To gain a ServSafe certification you must take a Servsafe course and training program. Courses are available online, and in certain cases, in person.
