What is a virtual meeting?
A virtual meeting is a type of meeting that takes place online. Participants join the meeting remotely, usually through video conferencing or other web-based services, instead of having to be physically present in the same location.
A virtual meeting means a web conference, contrary to an in-person event. It is a gathering completely held over the internet using applications or services with the possibility of sharing presentations, voice, video, texts, and files via the web.
