What is construction labor?

Construction labor is the necessary physical labor performed at construction sites to complete the structure or building.

Construction laborers perform all kinds of tasks throughout the entirety of the projects. Although most of the tasks will vary daily, they will mainly involve following instructions and guidelines while working as a team, assembling and disassembling materials, cleaning certain areas, and removing debris. Other responsibilities may include building temporary structures such as scaffolding, lifting heavy loads of objects, and even climbing high places. Furthermore, they may also need to operate construction devices such as mixers and grills.
