What is HAZCOM training?
HAZCOM training, also known as OSHA's 1910.1200 Communication Standard training, is training related to rules, regulations, and knowledge about chemical hazards that might be encountered in certain fields of work.
HAZCOM training is normally used when an employee gets an assignment that involves hazardous chemicals, it is also utilized when any new chemicals are introduced into a work facility or working environment. This training is mostly not required to be re-administered on an annual basis.
