On the other hand, the variation in hours and flexibility may be perfect for a part-time student or someone looking to add additional income with a second job. Target also offers to assist its associates with college tuition through its partnership with Guild Education.

Through its partnership with Guild Education, Target provides easy access to more than 250 business-aligned programs from over 40 different schools, colleges, and universities. U.S.-based team members will have access to free undergraduate and associate degree programs. Certifications and boot camp programs will also be fully covered.

Target also funds advanced degrees within the network of schools, paying up to $10,000 annually for master's programs. Textbooks and course fees are also included and covered with no out-of-pocket costs required.
