Senior associate-level is a position among upper management or high-tier positions. While this position still answers to the executive level positions, it is one of the higher-management positions that ensure the company's goals and needs are being met while enhancing and overseeing productivity in certain sectors.

Senior associates guide a team or department to more efficient production goals. They are also heavily utilized as liaisons between departments, department heads, and executive positions. Before advancing, most senior liaisons may start at the junior level or junior associates.
