What is the difference between an interviewer and an interviewee?
The difference between an interviewer and interviewee is their role during the interview process. The interviewer asks questions and guides the interview, whereas the interviewee answers the questions and follows the interviewer's lead.
The interview is a formal meeting between two people (interviewer and interviewee). The interview is where the interviewee is asked questions and obtains information from the interviewee who answers autobiographical or situational questions.
