The dress code at Aeropostale is casual for retail employees and business-casual for management and corporate positions.

Retail employees, such as sales or flow merchandise associates, have the flexibility to wear what is comfortable for themselves, but each store manager is different, so partner with them to learn what the expectations are. In general, they like to follow top, bottom, layer, and accessory.
