What is the dress code at Arby's?
The dress code at Arby's is a company uniform, consisting of black slacks, a company-issued shirt, an apron, slip-resistant shoes, and a visor or hat. Employees must also have their name tags visible on their shirts. Some of Arby's dress code is dictated by the standards required to maintain food safety.
In some locations, employees must have their shirts tucked in at all times.
In addition to wearing the company uniform, employees are required to be well-groomed and presentable at all times. Beards and goatees are not allowed. A mustache is allowed as long as it does not go below the upper lip.
Acrylic or artificial nails are not allowed. In roles that cook or prepare food, nail polish is not allowed.
No excessive tattoos or piercings are permitted. They must either be covered completely or removed while on duty.
Extreme hair coloring or hair styles are also not permitted.
For management positions, employees may wear a professional, pressed dress shirt or an Arby's logo polo shirt. Female employees may also wear professional skirts with hosiery instead of dress pants.
