What is the dress code at Hot Topic?

The dress code at Hot Topic is very casual. Employees are encouraged to "be themselves" at Hot Topic. Ripped jeans are allowed, as well as t-shirts, sneakers, and most other casual clothing. The only restriction is to not wear anything too revealing, as sometimes children will be present in the store.

Tattoos, facial piercings, and dyed hair are also allowed. Being an alternative and pop culture business, Hot Topic does not restrict its employees much in terms of a dress code.
