The dress code at Penn Station is a uniform for all restaurant staff and business-casual for management and corporate positions.

Restaurant staff are given a company headband, visor, hat, apron, and shirts. Staff must provide their own pants and work shoes. Pants can either be khakis or black pants; non-slip black shoes are required. Whether or not visible tattoos, facial piercings, and unnatural hair are allowed is up to the store location.

Management employees typically wear a company polo, black dress pants, black belt, and black non-slip shoes. Management shirts can be purchased from the company catalog; your first four shirts are free.
