What is the dress code at Speedway?

• Polo or other collared shirts

• Sweaters

• Business dress pants (khakis, twill)

• Knee-length skirts or dresses

• Cardigans

• Blazers

• Closed-toed shoes

• Dress sandals

Jeans may be allowed in some settings, but this will be dependent on the position and location. Jeans should be dressy and not ripped, torn, or disheveled.

For retail positions, the dress code is:

• Black, blue, or khaki-colored pants (no cargo styles)

• Provided work shirt tucked in at all times

• Black belt

• Name tag or lanyard (lanyard string must be appropriate and professional)

• Natural colored hair

• No visible facial piercings other than ears, a small nose stud, or eyebrow piercing

• No visible tattoos that are vulgar or offensive

• No leggings

• No shorts

• Hair must be pulled back above the shoulders, and hairnets must be worn at all times if working with food.
