The dress code at Wingstop Restaurants is a uniform for retail employees and business casual for management and corporate employees.

Guest Server, Flavor Expert, or Shift Leader must wear a black hat with Wingstop Restaurants' logo and a uniform shirt provided by Wingstop. You must purchase your own jeans and black, non-slip shoes. Store managers have a black polo shirt with the Wingstop Restaurants logo.

No facial piercings are allowed (tongue, eyebrow, septum, etc). Earrings are allowed, but only two per ear for both male and female employees. Gauges are allowed as well, but only up to a certain length. Unnatural hair colors must be approved by the manager.
