What is the hiring process at Audible?

The hiring process at Audible is clearly defined by four major stages and typically takes a little less than one month.

First, a candidate submits an application to Audible. Depending on the role, candidates may be asked to provide supporting materials. These may include things like sharing a portfolio or writing sample or completing an assessment or online coding challenge.
