What is the hiring process at BDO?

After applying, a BDO recruiter reaches out for an initial phone screening. This phone screening covers general information about you and some information that is pertinent to the role you are seeking with BDO.

Certain roles at the company have technical questions in the interview that relate to accounting, data analysis, and technologies used at BDO. You may also have to present your work portfolio during an interview with BDO.

The hiring process at BDO is on the longer side, taking several weeks to over a month, to complete.
