What is the hiring process at Berry Global?

To apply, you first need to create a username and password. There is also an option to upload your resume and cover letter. The entire online application takes between five to ten minutes to complete. Allow up to one week for your online application to be processed and for someone from Berry Global to reach out to you via email to schedule a phone call.

Phone Screening

The first phone interview is usually with a recruiter from Berry Global. The phone is to get to know more about you as a candidate, including your experience and background. It is also a chance to learn more about the position and the company.

An invitation to come in for an on-site interview is extended at the end of the phone call if the initial screening goes well. In some cases, depending on the position and location of potential teammates, you may be asked to do a series of video interviews with different team members.

Interview Sessions

Most on-site interviews include half-day or full-day, or back-to-back interviews. An example of what a half-day or all-day interview may look like includes three to six in-person meetings with different levels of management, followed by a tour of the building and lunch with your potential team.
