There are three basic steps to the hiring process at Celebrity Cruises:

1. Application: Prospective employees are encouraged to explore the Celebrity Cruises careers webpage to find information on Celebrity Cruises' business, culture, and available jobs.

   Once an opportunity of interest has been identified, prospects are encouraged to apply via Celebrity Cruises career page. Once you have signed up for an online profile, you will be able to submit your application, as well as update your profile, apply to jobs, and monitor your application status using the online portal.

   Pre-screening text messages or assessments may be sent to you, or you will be contacted by a member of the internal recruitment team regarding the next steps.

2. Interview: If your skills seem to be a match for the role, you will be contacted to set up a phone interview to discuss the role in greater detail and ask any questions regarding the role and/or the company. If the recruitment team feels that you are a good fit, you will move on to the hiring manager interview.

   The hiring manager interview tends to involve scenario-based questions to gauge your personality and experience in past roles. Focus your answers on good customer service and making sales.

3. Offer and Onboarding: If you are selected for the role, a member of the internal recruitment team will contact you to review the offer letter details, benefits, and more information on your new career at Celebrity Cruises.
