After submitting your cover letter and resume, certain positions require you to complete online exams offered by the company. These may include the following concepts, topics or skills:

If you score high enough, you are scheduled for an initial phone screening. Then you are scheduled for an in-person or video interview.

If you pass the interview phase, Concentrix performs a background check. Then it requires you to take a drug screening.

After being hired, you enter a training period that can last as long as one month.
