What is the hiring process at Figma?

• Recruiter phone screen - 30 minutes

• Hiring manager phone or video screen - 30 to 60 minutes

• Mock project to complete, including time to brainstorm, research, solve, and write your process - one to two hours

• Presentation of said project in Figma tools - 30 minutes

• Two one-on-one interviews with the hiring team and leadership - one hour per interview

The online application process prompts you to upload your resume and link any relevant social media profiles such as LinkedIn. You also have the option to copy and paste your cover letter. They also ask the following questions:

• Why do you want to join Figma? Please share three to four sentences on why you want to join Figma

• Pronouns? If you'd like to, please let us know your pronouns.

• From where do you intend to work? Please list the city and state. (i.e.: San Francisco, CA)
