If you're applying online for a corporate position, then you will not be asked those questions but will be asked to upload a resume.

If you're applying for a delivery position, then you will need to verify your driver's license and insurance, which can take up to a week. Also, by submitting your application, you also agree to let Marco's Pizza run a background check on you.

For a position at the restaurant, you also have the option of coming in to apply. If you do, be prepared to interview that day. Marco's Pizza will also ask for an Assessment Test: known as the Employee Personality Profile (EPP).

This is a general personality inventory that measures twelve personality traits that provide valuable insights into a person's work styles and how they are likely to interact with co-workers.

The interview for a restaurant position is usually pretty casual. It can last up to 15 minutes, and usually, you're offered a position on the spot. Managers and Corporate positions may take two to four interviews lasting up to an hour.
