What is the hiring process at PAM Transport?

You are then contacted to schedule your first interview. This interview can be on the phone or in person and covers your general background and experience in the driving industry.

Your second interview is with a PAM Transport hiring manager. This interview has behavioral and scenario-based questions that pertain to the role and also covers general policies of PAM Transport.

Here are some questions to expect in your interviews with PAM Transport:

• What type of driving experience do you have?

• How do you deal with adversity?

• Do you have a CDL?

If you pass the interview phase, your CDL driving license must then be verified.

After this, you enter the driving test period. This consists of a PAM Transport written test and a road test where you drive one of their trucks under the supervision of a manager.

You then enter the three-week training period. Once this is complete, you have a two-day company orientation.

Now you have to complete two weeks of driving one of their trucks with a trainer onboard. If you pass this stage, you are granted your own PAM Transport truck.
