This question is about R/GA and R/GA jobs.
The hiring process at R/GA is multifaceted and rated above average in difficulty. It includes phone screening and several interviews. The entire process can take anywhere between one to three months.
To apply for a position, go to R/GA's career website and locate the job that you're interested in applying for. From there, you will be given the option to sign in with LinkedIn or to manually enter your information and upload your resume and cover letter. They also want you to link information from past projects via your personal website, portfolio, Stack Overflow, GitHub, etc.
The R/GA application also asks you additional questions such as:
Would you like to be considered for future freelance projects?
What encouraged you most to apply? (e.g., company reputation, press or industry news)
Allow up to several weeks to hear back from someone at R/GA. If they like your application, then they will set up your first phone screening. Typically this is done with an HR representative. He or she will ask some basic questions about your resume and interest in working for R/GA. That interview lasts between 15 to 20 minutes.
If that goes well, they will typically set up another phone screening with the hiring manager. This phone interview, which may also be a video meeting, is a bit longer and more specific to the job at hand. Anticipate the meeting lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
The next step would be to come in for a half-day to a day of interviews. Typically around four to five rounds. These interviews will include your hiring manager, department lead, potential team, leadership team, and HR. Each interview lasts around 45 minutes. Depending on the position, you may be asked to give a presentation or to complete some technical assessments.
Interview topics:
Introduction
Past work experience and portfolio

Job-specific questions (e.g., a content design position may be asked about CMS (Content Management System)
