Psychologists can also be employed as teachers in colleges and universities. School psychologists, for example, mainly conduct intelligence, aptitude, and psychological testing. IQ tests and personality inventories are commonly used to determine if a learning or emotional disability exists.
Other psychologists work at large corporations as industrial-organizational psychologists to help improve employee relations.
