Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions aligned with client workflows and business needs. Participate in discovery sessions to identify client pain points and craft customized solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging expertise in Acumatica. Industry-specific cost accounting knowledge to guide clients' decision-making. Partner with sales teams to develop strategies and presentations for key accounts. Education, Experience, and Skills: Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP; industry-specific knowledge. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience; 2+ years in software pre-sales or Acumatica end-user experience. Presentation/Communication: Skilled in using platforms like Teams and Webex; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills . Problem-Solving: Strong business acumen, with the ability to align software functionality to business processes; collaborative mindset with a history of cross-departmental coordination. Acumatica ERP knowledge required. Working Knowledge of Microsoft365 Applications. Location: Work from home office.
