ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and enterprise resilience programs across both Wind River and Aptiv. This dual-entity role will serve as a key operational leader, ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, risk tracking, and documentation integrity across multiple frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, SOX, GDPR, FedRamp, CMMC and TISAX. While the Director maintains strategic ownership of all four functional areas (GRC, TPRM, Training, and Resilience), this role will provide hands-on coverage for Wind River's TPRM and Training efforts, working closely with the Aptiv TPRM & Training Manager to ensure continuity and alignment. In addition, this role will own GRC workstreams supporting OneAptiv integration, directly supporting Aptiv, Wind River, and other OneAptiv companies as needed, including TSA execution and M&A onboarding. This position is critical to stabilizing day-to-day operations and enabling long-term scalability across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) * Lead execution of GRC programs across Aptiv and Wind River, including control maintenance, risk register updates, and audit readiness. * Maintain documentation, controls, and audit-ready evidence for ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, TISAX, SOX, NIS2, CMMC and GDPR across both Aptiv and Wind River, incorporating new regulatory or customer requirements as they arise. * Administer GRC tooling (ZenGRC, AuditBoard, ServiceNow), ensuring accuracy, auditability, and workflow continuity. * Manage internal risk exceptions, maturity roadmaps, and control owners' engagement. * Provide daily operational support to maintain compliance posture and support regulatory assessments. Enterprise Resilience * Own documentation and execution for business impact assessments (BIAs), continuity planning, and tabletop exercises. * Coordinate resilience planning with cross-functional partners including IT, Facilities, Cyber Defense, and Legal. * Maintain continuity playbooks, incident response records, and recovery planning materials. Wind River Support: TPRM & Training * Provide execution support for Wind River's third-party risk assessments, evidence collection, and remediation tracking. * Execute and drive enforcement of cybersecurity right-to-audit clauses with vendors and partners. * Review and provide redlines on cybersecurity and compliance sections of both buy-side and sell-side contracts. * Collaborate with the Aptiv TPRM Manager to align vendor risk governance across both companies. * Help coordinate Wind River's cybersecurity awareness campaigns, mandatory training compliance, and role-based content support. Audit & Assurance * Lead evidence preparation and walkthroughs for external audits, customer assessments, and internal audit reviews. * Maintain and update System Security Plans (SSPs), Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms), and customer documentation requests. * Coordinate audit response activities across control owners, internal SMEs, and external parties. OneAptiv Integration & M&A Execution * Support cybersecurity onboarding and governance alignment for newly acquired companies. * Assist with Transitional Services Agreements (TSA) by managing control design, evidence preparation, and GRC tooling integration. * Track risks and compliance issues related to integration timelines, especially where inherited entities lack cybersecurity maturity. Cross-Functional Delivery * Support Director-led strategic initiatives through dependable execution and documentation follow-through. * Work closely with Architecture, Legal, Product Security, and external vendors to manage dependencies and unblock progress. * Escalate capacity or clarity issues early to avoid unnecessary risk acceptance or execution gaps. Required Qualifications: * 7-10+ years of cybersecurity risk, compliance, audit, or GRC program experience. * Experience managing or contributing to ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, SOX, GDPR, or TISAX efforts. * Proficiency with GRC platforms and internal controls execution. * Strong writing and documentation skills. * Must reside in Greater Boston area with ability to be present on site at least 3 days/weekly. * United States Citizenship required Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in a multi-entity environment or during M&A integration. * Familiarity with SBOM, secure SDLC, vendor risk workflows, and cybersecurity awareness campaigns. * CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO Lead Auditor, or similar certification preferred. * Strong stakeholder management and execution discipline across matrixed teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Regulatory & Standards Support: * Contribute to all ISO 27001 activities, including internal audit readiness, external recertification, and ongoing control maintenance. * Support NIST 800-171 compliance efforts, including maintenance of System Security Plans (SSPs), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), and gap assessments. * Have working knowledge and able support GDPR, NIST CSF, CMMC, TISAX, ITAR, and AI related compliance as well as the ability to gain knowledge on future certification and regulation requirements. * Assist in engagement with government compliance stakeholders and maintain awareness of requirements. Risk & Compliance Operations Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM): * Maintain the Wind River Risk Register and track mitigation progress across all functional areas. * Coordinate the Security Exception process, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and governance. * Including vendor assessments, reviews, remediation follow-up, and monitoring. * Write and update policy and standards and provide governance, oversight, and assurance. * Administer GRC/TPRM tooling (ZenGRC) and ensure evidence management and workflows are maintained and audit-ready. Have an understanding or ability to use ServiceNow and AuditBoard risk management products. Audit & Customer Response: * Prepare audit documentation and assist with responses for internal and external audits. * Draft and maintain clear, consistent, and audit-ready documentation, including policies, control responses, and program updates. * Support customer assurance efforts related to ISO, NIST, and general cyber compliance. * Lead internal audits and assessments against Wind River. Program Execution & Scalability: * Help implement scalable, repeatable governance processes for policy and standard creation and lifecycle management. * Assist in developing compliance procedures, checklists, and review frameworks. * Support workflows for User Access Reviews (UAR), TPRM, and continuous monitoring. Collaboration: * Work cross-functionally with Aptiv Cybersecurity, IT, Legal, HR, and Engineering, across Aptiv, HellermannTyton, Winchester, and Intercable. * Support communication and coordination with external auditors and internal stakeholders (including Primary Security Officer, Aptiv Legal, WR and Aptiv leadership). * Support Cybersecurity Training at Wind River. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years of cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC experience * Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, and enterprise GRC operations * Strong writing skills, with experience contributing to SSPs and POA&Ms * Working knowledge of ZenGRC or similar tools * Demonstrated ability to work across matrixed teams * Experience with customer audit responses and regulatory compliance * U.S. citizenship required due to regulatory requirements * Must be a local resident (or willing to relocate to) Alameda, CA or Boston, MA and agree to being on site three days per week in the office. What You Will Do: Looking for a self-motivated Engine Harness Development Engineer who is responsible for the design, prototype, and documentation of engine, transmission, and electrified powertrain wiring harnesses to support conventional and electrified powertrain test cells located at the echnical Center, in Auburn Hills Michigan. The engineer's responsibilities also include organizing and overseeing the build of such harnesses (both in-house and outsourced to a supplier), checking for errors, verifying operation, controlling inventory, diagnosing/troubleshooting issues in the field, and ensuring corrective actions are made when necessary. The Engine Harness Development Engineer will be expected to be able to read and interpret device transmittal information and be able to utilize that information to efficiently design wiring harnesses for dynamometer testing. In addition, the engineer will be required to interface with a network of product development engineers to gather required electrical information, work with technicians and third party suppliers to ensure harnesses are built to specification, document designs, and maintain the drawing database. Basics: * Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, or Aeronautical Engineering from an ABET accredited university. * 2+ years of relevant work experience. * Strong background and hands-on experience in wiring requirements such as current, voltage, and electrical noise mitigation (proper grounding, shielding, twisted wiring). * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. * Ability to guide technicians with work orders and direction for repairing / modifying wire harnesses. * Experience using MS Office and/or Google Suite applications. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * 100% onsite position. * No driving of a vehicle required. Basics: * B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Computer Engineering. * 1+ years of experience in hands on vehicle level attribute development or vehicle testing. * Clear understanding of entire Climate Control refrigerant and Air Handling systems and how they interact with vehicle subsystems. * Must understand interactions with ICE/xEV vehicle systems Data Analysis, Test Planning, Data Acquisition. * Data Analysis - Ability to read/interpret data via data acquisition tools such as ATI, INCA, CANape, or Excel. * Test Planning - Ability to plan tests around program milestones and vehicle/wind tunnel availability. * Data Acquisition - Familiarity with data acquisition tools (ATI, INCA, CANape, Excel, etc.). * Onsite postion.
