Pros of working at Ansys

The company offers great pay and benefits. They try hard to understand employee concerns, but are slow to react. The HR team is great.

Cons of working at Ansys

I believe the issues I'm experiencing are only with the department I work in. The sales department is disorganized and not properly staffed. There is a consultant, but the suggestions aren't followed.
