Pros of working at Antero Resources

I get to work hands on. I stay busy all day and don’t really have anyone telling me what to do. It’s fabrication work and I like that stuff.

Cons of working at Antero Resources

It’s extremely unorganized. There are two shops and I’m currently at the small one filling in for a guy that broke his leg and it took me almost 2 months for me to turn it from a dump to something decent and not depressing to be in.

Antero Resources benefits

Like I said not having someone always breathing down my neck, I’m not saying I can’t handle it but I’d prefer to breath and do things correctly and the speed comes with practice.
